Our 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom, private pool+spa vacation home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

BEDROOMS 2nd Floor (Upstairs)
Bedroom 2: One King Bedroom (Attached Bathroom) 50 Smart TV

Bedroom 4: Two Twin Bedroom 32 TV
Bedroom 5: Two Twin Bedroom 28 TV
Bedroom 6: One King Bedroom (Attached Bathroom) 32 Roku TV
Pool Spa Heater Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool and spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars.
Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort may tow.
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk.
Windsor Hills Resort Amenity Access Included with Rental:
Pool Maintenance Alert: In September 2024, the pool will undergo essential resurfacing to enhance its safety and functionality. This will result in temporary closure for approximately four weeks, weather permitting. We appreciate your understanding and patience as Windsor Hills works to improve your experience.
Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
6 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 14 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.
Distances from Resort to Shopping Attractions: House is located on Archfeld Blvd.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
