Signature Golden Villa is a west-facing 6 bedroom, 5.5. bathroom elegant vacation villa that is perfect for your next family vacation. No expense was spared in the creation of this brand new home! As you enter the home you are welcomed through the foyer decorated with refined detail. The large open floorplan will bring the family together. Prepare a tasty new recipe in the fully equipped kitchen that offers both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker for those early mornings, an electric can opener, a blender, and even a crockpot to create delicious slow-cooked meals in. Enjoy family company while you prepare a meal with the kitchen bar's seating for four. Dine together at the formal dining table or relax on the comfortable seating and enjoy a cinematic viewing experience in the living area. From here you have direct access to the private lanai, where you can laze your days away by the pool or have fun splashing about.

Splash in for a refreshing day in the sun or catch some rays while relaxing on the sun loungers while the cook of the family creates the best meals on the free-standing propane BBQ. Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 60 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
