This bright 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo in Centre Court Ridge combines the comfort of a private vacation home with access to the amenities of Reunion Resort. The open kitchen, dining and living areas create an easy gathering space for families, couples and golf getaways.
Large sliding glass doors bring the Florida sunshine inside and lead directly to the private balcony overlooking the fairways. Start your morning with coffee and a view, relax outside after a day at the parks or on the course, and enjoy colorful sunsets without ever leaving the condo.

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
