Description
Bella Piazza is a resort community with nicely built condos surrounding lush landscaping and communal pools. Our villa is located on the ground floor and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en-suite.
There is plenty of parking and access to the villa is gained by a central walkway. The front entry leads directly to the kitchen which has granite tops and black appliances. There is an electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser and bar seating for 2 people. There are laundry facilities tucked neatly away in a service closet. The main living area is open plan and has a dining table seating 4-6 and comfortable sofas with a large flat screen TV. French doors lead to a small patio area seating two which overlooks the pool and is close to the BBQ facilities. Perfect for warm nights entertaining outside.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flatscreen TV, French door to the patio and en-suite bathroom with oval tub, separate glass shower, twin basins and WC Bedroom 2 has a KIng bed, wall mounted flatscreen TV and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 has twin beds, flatscreen TV and there is an adjacent bathroom which has a bath/shower, basin and WC. All bathrooms are modern and feature granite tops.
The communal pool is a good size and has plenty of loungers for sunbathing. There is a shallow children s pool in a separate fenced area with fountain/sprayer. Inside the clubhouse there is a fitness center, games room with foosball table, computers for internet access, wall mounted flatscreen TV and card table. There is also plenty of shaded seating in the stone courtyard which has a distinctly Tuscan feel.
Bella Piazza is walking distance from a grocery store, restaurants, English pub, take-outs and a bank and gas station. There is an 18 hole golf course in the next door community of Highlands Reserve, Posner Park open air mall is just down the road and the Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away.
