Pool and spa heating is not included in the nightly rate. This home is equipped with a gas pool heater, which requires a minimum of three consecutive days to operate once activated. For the best experience, pool heating is recommended from October through May and must be prearranged prior to check-in.

Parking Rules Notices
Parking regulations in Tuscan Hills are strictly enforced for community safety and appearance. This home allows for a maximum of two vehicles, parked only in the designated driveway. One full-size vehicle may park in front of the garage, and one compact vehicle may park in the perpendicular space. Garage parking and access are prohibited.

Overnight street parking is not permitted, and unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the guest s expense. Access to the community is limited to owners, registered guests, and authorized service personnel only.
Parking for motorhomes, buses, trailers, boats, trucks, or commercial vehicles is not allowed. Please do not block sidewalks, driveways, or mailboxes. Parking on grass or sidewalks is strictly prohibited, and violators may be towed at the guest s expense.
