The villa received a fresh transformation in 2026, with a remodeled kitchen and all bathrooms updated for a refreshed look and feel. Improvements continue outdoors, where the pool was resurfaced and a new paver deck was installed. Two pool handrails were also added, providing easier access in and out of the water.
When you re ready for some friendly competition, head to the games room for a round of pool or air hockey, or enjoy the PS3 games console. Outside, spend sunny Florida afternoons by your own screened pool and spa before settling in for a relaxing evening at the villa.
