Stevenson's Place is a 6 bedroom 3.5 bath home that has just been updated for a great vacation experience for your family. The home is a 2 story model with a modern flair. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 4 more upstairs with a bright open floor plan. As you enter this wonderful vacation home, you will be greeted with a nice seating area which opens up to the kitchen and living room which has 2 sofas and 2 accent chairs with a 65 inch TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar seating 6. The dining room overlooks the pool area and seats 8.
To the right of the front door there is a bedroom with a full size bed and flat panel TV. Further into the home, you will find another bedroom with a full size bed and flat panel TV. There is a shared family bath just outside this bedroom that has pool access as well. Upstairs is the master suite that is super spacious with dual walk in closets. This bedroom has a king size bed with a wall mounted TV. The master bath has a garden tub and stand up shower with two vanities and make up chair. A second bedroom with a king size bed and flat panel TV is also located upstairs. Bedroom 5 has 2 twin beds with a wall mounted TV and bedroom 6 has a twin/full bunk bed. These 3 bedrooms share a family bath located down the hall.
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
The garage has been converted to an air conditioned games room. Your family will enjoy a cool game of billiards, foosball and an orbital air hockey. There is a multi game arcade machine and wall mounted TV. This room is going to be undergoing some further updates with added wall art. Dont forget about the pool area where you will be able to relax with your family after a long day at the attractions. There are 5 sun loungers and a table with 5 chairs and an umbrella. You have privacy out the back and privacy screens will be added in April so you will have limited on lookers.
