Festival Schedule

The Food and Wine Classic offers participants access to two days of flavorful fun that are sure to be unforgettable! On Friday, November 11^th, the lineup includes a pasta-making session with Chef Dan, a Base to Bubbles experience where the basics of Champagne are brought to life, wine blending lessons, and a seminar called “It’s Better to Wine in Italian.”

On Saturday, November 12^th, ticket holders to the festival can enjoy access to seminars focused on craft beer production, creating craft cocktails, and wine blending that enhances the flavor profile at every turn.
