Nestled in the prestigious Reunion Resort just 6 miles from Disney, this expansive villa sits on a rare 0.4-acre lot, boasting a private screened-in patio with tranquil nature reserve views and upscale amenities designed for families and large groups of up to 26 guests.

 

Step inside the grand foyer and experience a layout that blends sophistication with comfort. The main living area features designer furnishings, an 80-inch TV, and a seamless flow into the gourmet kitchen outfitted with premium Thermador appliances and a second refrigerator in the spacious walk-in pantry. Dining is made easy with a custom table that seats 16, plus additional seating for 8 at the breakfast nook and 4 at the kitchen island. Enjoy your favorite music throughout the home with the integrated Sonos sound system, both indoors and out.

 

Through the sliding glass doors, you’ll discover a private screened-in pool area designed for relaxation and entertainment. A sun shelf with ledge loungers, ten additional loungers, a luxury daybed, and a vibrant LED lighting system set the stage for ultimate poolside comfort. Grill up a feast in the summer kitchen, then dine al fresco with seating for 20 and sip cocktails at the poolside tavern, complete with fridge and TV. The outdoor area also includes commercial-grade ping pong and basketball setups.

 

As the evening arrives, enjoy a movie night like no other with the home's enormous outdoor projector screen, measuring 17 feet wide with a 235" diagonal display. Watch from the comfort of the spa, loungers, or pool, with crystal-clear visuals perfect for nighttime viewing. The setup includes an HDMI input to connect your own device like a PS5 or media player for a fully personalized experience.

 

Inside, two first-floor arcade game rooms offer over $130,000 in games for all ages. The first features four gaming stations with a PlayStation 5 and Xbox One, Basketball FX, and dual Lanemaster FX lanes. You’ll also find fan favorites like Luigi's Mansion Arcade, Fast & Furious Arcade, Space Invaders, and Terminator. The first floor hosts five luxurious King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The main master suite is an oasis of comfort, while four additional king bedrooms offer generous layouts and premium furnishings.

 

Head upstairs to the second floor where the fun continues in the stylish entertainment loft, complete with a brand new 7-ft pool table, card table, built-in wet bar, and balcony with an 80-inch TV and foosball table. The second floor also includes six more bedrooms. Four feature King beds—including a NASA-themed suite with a life-size astronaut—each with walk-in closets, ensuite bathrooms, and walk-out balconies. Two themed kids’ rooms add a magical touch: one a princess-themed bedroom with two full-over-full bunk beds, and the other a superhero-themed bedroom with two full/full bunk beds and vibrant murals. Both have private ensuite bathrooms and custom designs that delight younger guests.

Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request

• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
