Located on the Westside of the incredible Reunion Resort within the Fairway Ridge community, and situated on the Jack Nicklaus-designed Tradition Golf Course, this house fulfills all your vacation wants and needs. The home is located close to all the attractions of Orlando, including Disney World, the newly renovated Disney Springs, and the Wide World of Sports.

Step into this beautifully designed home away from home, and be delighted with the tastefully designed decor. The open-design kitchen is a true gourmet delight with its expansive granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. A dining area and a breakfast bar with spillover seating make dinners easy. Plush sofas surround the large Smart TV, and a set of large glass doors lead out to your private pool area. A covered dining area with a dining table and chairs makes this perfect for dining alfresco.

The upstairs lanai features an air hockey and a large Smart TV with PS4. There is also a PAC man arcade with a mini fridge. This seating area is perfect for enjoying family movie nights or for just great conversations.

The garage has been converted into a movie theater with seating for 8 and a 140 movie screen with projector and sound. This home offers 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 12 guests. 3 bedrooms have a king bed each, 2 bedrooms have a bunk (full/full) each and lastly, a bedroom with a queen bed.

All of this is located in the exclusive Reunion Resort. A truly beautiful place with world-class amenities such as infinity pools, a full-service spa, scenic walking trails, a fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids activities, and much more. This home is located just half a mile from The Reunion Grande in the heart of the resort.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
• The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
• This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.

• Max of 6 cars per address
• Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
