All of this is ideally located to some of Orlando s best attractions, shops, and restaurants and just 6 miles to Disney World!
This truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to a high standard. There is a 60-inch SMART TV complete with a DVD player. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and a Keurig coffee maker. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 8.
Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own large private terrace with a table and seating for 6 and 4 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks whilst relaxing and taking in the views.
The kids can enjoy the Toy-Themed bedroom with two twin beds with trundles (Sleeps 4) a 55-inch SMART TV, a DVD player, and a stand-up NBA arcade game. The King Master bedroom includes a 60-inch SMART TV with a DVD Player and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity. The third bedroom is a King Master that has patio access and includes a small work desk/station. There is a 55-inch SMART TV. Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Max of 6 cars per address
