Welcome to Palmilla Living! This gorgeous 4 Bedroom 3.5 Bath is situated in the Legends Corner neighborhood of the exclusive Reunion Resort and just 6 miles to the gates of Disney.
Enjoy the luxury of this beautiful home during your vacation in Florida. The private pool has a spillover spa with an extended pool deck to maximize your enjoyment of the Florida sun!
The pool area includes a built-in BBQ grill and the best outlooks of the Reunion Resort golf course. There is high-quality patio furniture and plenty of seating to lounge in and additional seating near the summer kitchen with a table and seating for 4. The sectional outside has seating for 3, an additional 2 patio chairs, and 2 sun loungers to relax in after a long day at the theme parks.
The amazing Arcade Room has a Foosball, Elvira Pinball, Arcade legends, and Shuffleboard game to have hours of fun!
Open planned floor plan, relax in the living room in the reclining sofas while watching movies or your favorite sports on the 60 Flat Screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a large fridge, and granite countertops ready to prepare a full course meal or a mid-day snack. The formal dining area seats up to 8 people and the kitchen dining table seats 6. There is an additional kitchen bar to entertain guests with seating for 5. Enjoy some time playing a game of pool with the Pool Table right beside the kitchen bar area!
There is a back en-suite grand King master bedroom with access to the courtyard patio, the bathroom has two separate vanities, a bathtub, and a separate large walk-in shower. The large California closets give you plenty of space to store your belongings. The next King master bedroom is an en-suite with a flat-screen TV and rain shower-only bathroom. There is bench seating with a courtyard view to enjoy under your morning cup of coffee.
The third en-suite King bedroom has a mounted flat screen Tv and a bathroom with a stand-up shower. The queen bedroom has beautiful double glass doors with blackout curtains.

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
- The firepit is not for guests use
- This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
