Welcome to Eagle Trace Delight. This 3 bed, 2.5 bath, 1687 sq. ft. townhome is located in the Eagle Trace neighborhood at Reunion Resort.
As you enter this property, you will enjoy its modern decor as well as its golf course views from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances to make a fully elaborated meal or a mid-day snack. The dinner table offers seating for 8 plus additional seating for 4 by the kitchen island. The living area also offers plenty of sitting in front of the wall-mounted TV and has outside access.
Florida Beauty can accommodate up to 8 guests. The first bedroom is a king master, the second bedroom is a queen master and lastly, the third bedroom offers 2 bunk beds (both twin over twin) with an Xbox.
Enjoy your meals and relax in the outside screened-in area where there is a table with seating for 8 and 2 additional chairs with views of the golf course.

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- The pool in Eagle Trace is heated seasonally.
- Max of 6 cars per address
