This 3-bed condo is located on the second floor in The Villas South at Cabana Court close to the heart of Reunion Resort.
Located in Whisper Way, within the Villas South neighborhood of Reunion Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo is also only steps away from one of Reunion s playgrounds. All of this is ideally located to some of Orlando s best attractions, shops, and restaurants and just 6 miles to Disney World!
This luxurious three-bedroom condominium has a spacious living room with a 55-inch HD TV. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a sandwich press, and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort.
Large patio doors lead out to your own porch with a table and seating for 4 where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks.
The Master en-suite bedroom has a King bed, mounted flat-screen TV, and a large en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, a bathtub, and a large walk-in separate shower. You will also have patio access from your room!
The second bedroom has two full beds and a mounted HD TV. There is a convenient office desk and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom has a King bed with a Samsung TV and ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is also available throughout the condo.

Terms And Conditions:
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- Tax is not included in nightly rates
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- Cleaning service is NOT included but please ask for a quote
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
