This luxury Mediterranean-inspired custom home is on a rare oversized corner lot. This home boasts one of the largest vacation home spillover spas in the whole of central Florida, up to 10 people can relax in the hot jets. Located on the beautiful Tom Watson Independence Reunion Resort golf course and just 6 miles to the gates of Disney. Enjoy Florida sun on the rare extended pool deck that sets this home apart from most in Reunion. Cookie cutter homes on narrow lots with limited outside space do not compare. The amazing outdoor space features outdoor table tennis, cornhole and a two-person hammock. The very spacious lanai offers shade and a summer kitchen with gas BBQ grill and 70 TV. There is high-quality Polywood patio furniture such a table with seating for 10, seating for 5 around the firepit, and 8 sun loungers.

Relax in the living room whilst watching Netflix on the 82 LED TV. There is an adjoining movie room with 110 screen, surround sound and reclining seats that has a PlayStation 4. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a Smeg toaster and Keurig coffee maker. The large dining table below a beautiful chandelier seats 10. The adjoining breakfast nook also has an additional 4 chairs and there are two bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The amazing arcade games room will keep the whole family entertained for hours, compete against your friends on PacMac Smash 4 player Air Hockey and Basketball or the dance arcade. Kids will be blown away by the huge Transformers Human Alliance arcade. Don t forget the Xbox One connected to a 60 TV in the form of a giant games console!

Five bedrooms are located on the ground floor plus a King-sized Master suite upstairs. There is a King Master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite. There are two further King bedrooms and two kids bedrooms. One has an amazing custom-built princess castle bunk bed with a slide! The other is a Space theme kids bedroom with two Twin custom-built bunk beds, both have a TV mounted in the ceiling.

Terms And Conditions:

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Please note, some of the bedrooms in this home are designed to accommodate children, it does not accommodate 14 adults. This home sleeps 8 adults, the rest are bedrooms designed for children 16 and under.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
If available, an early check-in/check-out may be arranged for a fee
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Pool heat available for $40 a day. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
This property has exterior security cameras.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in-between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
