This home features an open floor plan to for everyone to spend time together as a family. The living area has comfortable furniture with room for everyone to relax while watching a favorite tv show. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. Enjoy any meal together at the formal dining table with seating for 10 guests.
There are two master suites on the first floor featuring king-size beds and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, walk-in showers, and a garden tub. The second floor features four master suites all with king-size beds which share a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom. The little ones will have a magical time in the two kids bedrooms. One of the kids bedrooms features two twin-size beds to play big and the other kids bedroom features two magical twin over twin bunkbed. The kid's bedrooms have a shared a full bathroom.
Enjoy the fun throughout the home. The loft located on the second floor has a pool table, bar seating, and more. There is also a theater room with a 120-inch projection screen with stadium-style seating for 6, perfect for watching your favorite movies. The first floor game room will make you feel like a superhero with an air hockey table and foosball table, Xbox and Playstation 4.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
