Located in the prestigious Reunion Resort, Magic Views is a spacious 3-story, 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom villa located on an elevated lot with breathtaking views. This property offers comfortable and spacious bedrooms to accommodate you and your loved ones. Offering stunning water and golf course views, this villa is the perfect retreat for your next Orlando vacation. The Charming Retreat boasts an open floor plan living area, an entertainment loft, and a private courtyard with a pool and summer kitchen. This villa is also conveniently situated less than 6 miles from Walt Disney World® Resort.Step inside and feel right at home! This bright and airy space is fully equipped to ensure you have the most enjoyable vacation. Enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal or takeout from a favorite local restaurant at the formal dining tables that seat a total of 12 or at the breakfast bar with seating for 3. The comfortable seating in the living room is a great place to gather to watch TV or reminisce on the day's memories. Open the patio door and step outside to your little piece of paradise with a gorgeous water and golf course view. Pull up a chair and enjoy a cup of coffee to start your day.
Head up to the third floor of the main house where you will find an entertainment loft fit for all ages! Get comfy on the sectional sofa or pull up a chair at the bar seating area or high top table and watch a favorite movie. Afterwards, challenge your loved ones to a round of pool or one a game of Pac Man. Gamers will love the PlayStation4 and Xbox consoles. This room is sure to be a family favorite!
Between the main house and the annex is a private courtyard for you to enjoy. Take a refreshing swim in the pool or soak up the Florida sunshine in one of the poolside loungers. Cook outside in the summer kitchen with BBQ grill and dine al fresco. In the evening, the spillover spa is a great place to unwind and relax.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 45 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
