The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to create the greatest meals on your magical vacation with kitchen barstool seating for six, perfect for the whole family. Look over to your left and you'll notice a welcoming dining room space. This area offers seating for eight, including two sofa tables and plenty of room for the family to dine at any time of day. The modern-designed gathering room is perfect for lounging after a fun day at the parks with plenty of spacious seating and a 75-inch SMART TV to watch your favorite movies and TV shows on.
Don't just admire the view from the living area of your spectacular private screened-in pool deck, become immersed in it as soon as you step past the sliding doors. This modern pool deck comes with the latest furnishings, including an extra-large dining table with room for eight guests. Have a relaxing, well-deserved day by the pool at one of the four sun loungers or two comfy sitting chairs at your leisure. There's even a picnic table for the little ones to enjoy when having a delicious meal by the pool.
Head back indoors to discover one of the most thrilling rooms in this home. The first-floor arcade room features some of the most popular arcade games around, like NBA Arcade, Deer Hunter, Basketball Arcade, Dynamo Air Hockey, and many more. Spend time with the family as they challenge one another on these exciting games at the high-top table seating for four, perfect for chowing down on a meal or lounging.
For the adults, the upstairs loft features a spacious sectional sofa for lounging and a pub table set with seating for four. Turn on the 75-inch SMART TV for hours of entertainment. Put on your favorite sports team's live game or play your favorite music to enhance the atmosphere. And while the TV plays, test your skills on the pool table amongst your family and friends. There's never a dull moment in this upstairs loft!
When it's time to wind down after a day full of fun, choose from one of the seven spacious bedrooms. Choose from the first master suite and bedroom two, both on the first floor, or head upstairs for the rest of the charming bedrooms. Guests even have the option of catching their z's in a superhero-inspired king bedroom, a galaxy-inspired king bedroom, and for the little ones, a mischievous character-inspired room will be the talk of the vacation! All bedrooms come equipped with a 50-inch SMART TV, with the two master bedroom suites featuring a 55-inch SMART TV.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
