It is a 2 story spacious town home where the downstairs features a large common area featuring the kitchen, dining and living rooms, which overlook the private courtyard. The garage has been converted into an additional themed fun room with Air Hockey, Streaming TV and seating. Step outside into your private relaxation haven with a 6-person multi-jet hot tub, dining table with seating for 6 and an umbrella for some shade while enjoying your outdoor hangout space. Compass Bay is a gated resort in Kissimmee with a heated community pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and a bathroom. There is a covered pavilion with BBQ area and a kids play area just a short walk away. This town house is located just off Hwy 192 and minutes from Disney's main entrances.
