The gated community of Trafalgar Village is located within 10 minutes of the Disney attractions and only moments from the excitement of the US 192. There is a very generous master suite with king size bed, flatscreen TV, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom, as well as a further double bedroom with adjacent bathroom, then there are two twin bedrooms also with adjacent bathroom. The seating area features comfortable leather sofas and a wide flatscreen TV with DVD player and cable television. The kitchen comes fully equipped for catering at home and has a high top table that seats eight people. A separate utility room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron and there is also a further family bathroom. The garage has been converted to a games room featuring table football, a pool table and a dart board.
Outside there is a fully screened in pool and jacuzzi with a sunbathing deck, sun loungers and shaded lanai area that has a small patio table and chairs. Eat at one of the many local restaurants or dine on your patio and enjoy the gloriously warm Florida evenings. To the rear of the house there is off street parking for one vehicle.
The community is centered around a luxurious club house with amenities that include a man made beach and lagoon, ponds (with plans to stock for fishing), billiards and arcade room, 48 seat movie theatre, fitness room, business center and huge community swimming pool together with walking paths, jogging trails and much more.
