This home is very close to a major shopping plaza with plenty of restaurants,a cinema and several shops. You will have all you need nearby!

Though rare, Florida does experience cold days where the pool heating will be ineffective. Please note that absolutely no refunds are issued for pool heating unless the pool heater has malfunctioned during usage. Pools are heated to 85-88 degrees. No refunds issued due to weather conditions.
