- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom
- Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom
- Bedroom 4: One Full Bedroom
Pool Heater Charges and Information:
* The pool faces North
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
* The garage has one bay available for use.
The owner has a 2013 GMC Sierra available through another rental program.
Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
*This is a dog-friendly home
*There is an additional $250 nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
