Exterior Features

Arrive and begin relaxing at the same time. The neutral colors and Mediterranean style of the exterior project calm no matter what time of day it is. A balcony off the front of the home provides a view of the neighborhood as you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink before bed. Once you’ve put away your things, wander out to the outdoor living space in the back. A custom pool with a lazy river, water cannon, and spillover spa features a central “rocky” island hosting chaise lounges and a wide beach umbrella. Swim or wade your way across the water to the island but watch for sneaky kids who may try to splash you as you relax. Rinse off with the outdoor shower before heading inside. Relax in several outdoor areas. A first-floor covered patio area features a massive outdoor kitchen complete with grill, bar with seating for six to watch the wall-mounted 50” LED flat-screen TV with surround sound, and a bar sink. Two ceiling fans with lights keep the air moving to keep everyone comfortable. Outdoor dining for another six people is available close by, while chaise lounges and comfy outdoor seating are available around the pool. When night falls, you can still enjoy the outdoor living spaces. Underwater lights keep the pool safe for swimming, and the gas fire pit offers seating for four around the flames. Choose a spot on the second-floor covered balcony for a little time away. There is lots of comfortable outdoor seating to watch the world go by or relax at any time of day, and two ceiling fans with lights keep the air moving for a comfortable experience.

Interior Amenities

Step into the home and step into luxury. A long, elegant foyer sprawls in front of you and is lighted by multiple chandeliers on a path toward the main living area. The space is stylishly furnished with two large sectional sofas, two metal and glass coffee tables, and two area rugs to protect the wood floors. Gather in this space to enjoy a movie or TV show with your housemates on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Admire the wood beam features of the ceiling as the recessed lighting compliments the abundance of natural light streaming in through the windows. Prepare a meal in the spacious and stylish fully equipped kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, including double wall ovens next to the stovetop, along with plenty of cabinets and counter space make cooking a chef’s dream. The massive island holds more storage below and expansive counter space for prep and the sink. Pendulum lights brighten the area and spotlight the island, which also includes bar seating for six. Settle into the meal at the long, rectangular dining table with seating for 16 under the beautiful chandeliers. Enjoy your favorite movie in the home theater on the second floor. The 110” projection screen with 1080p projector screens all of your favorites, and the leather recliners seat nine. If you forgot your movie snacks, a wet bar with microwave, wine fridge, and storage for snacks in the cupboards keeps things at easy reach. If a movie isn’t on the agenda, just relax and enjoy a show on the Apple TV, Blu-ray player, and surround sound. Keep the fun going and spend time in one of the two-game rooms, one on each floor. The garage has been converted to the first-floor game room, with plenty of space to challenge each other at table tennis or foosball. The second-floor game room features all the fun and excitement of an arcade, with games like Fast & Furious SuperCars Racing, Star Wars Trilogy, Arcade Legends, and Ice Ball FX alley roller game. The fifth suite offers a wood frame king bed, fainting couch, large flat-screen TV, as well as private access to the second-floor balcony overlooking the backyard. The distressed paint job on the walls and ceiling and castle-like pillars and stonework painted around the bedroom windows give the feel of a room at a castle. A detailed mural is on another wall. An end table features décor with seating for two, and a candle chandelier lights the room. The tall dresser plays host to a 50” SMART TV for the kids to watch their favorite movie. A wizard-inspired room wouldn’t be complete without a secret entrance to a secret room. Push the bookcase in and reveal a special kids’ zone. A loft accessed by a spiral staircase features a 50” SMART TV with Xbox One and cushy beanbag chairs for relaxation. Don’t forget to have a conversation with one of the many talking portraits on the way in, which are motion-activated. The walls feature 3-D work that includes castle walls complete with distressed brick look and flowering vines painted on. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a double-sink vanity.
