theme parks in Central Florida world. Universal Orlando and SeaWorld both announced new additions to their parks. These new developments are sure to be crowd-pleasers and unlike any other experiences in the Orlando area.

Universal Studios has been continually expanding over the last few years. The new Wizarding World of Harry Potter Diagon Alley opened in 2014, a King Kong themed attraction will open in the summer of 2016, and now an entirely new water park, Volcano Bay, will open in 2017. The new water park will merge relaxation and thrills into one unique experience complete with a high-speed volcano drop slide.
SeaWorld announced Mako, which will be Orlando’s tallest, fastest, and longest roller coaster. Mako will feature a 200-foot drop and reach speeds of 73 mph. The new coaster will be themed around sharks and will showcase the current Shark Encounter and Sharks Underwater Grill.
