Welcome to Solterra Peace - A Luxury Five-Bedroom Resort Home in Solterra Resort
Discover the perfect family getaway at Solterra Peace, a luxurious six-bedroom vacation home just minutes from the area s top theme parks and attractions. This beautifully appointed home offers all the comforts and amenities needed for a memorable vacation, all under one roof.
As you enter you will be welcomed by the main living areas. The dining room has an elegant dining table that comfortably seats 8, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and a bar with seating for four, providing ample space for cooking and socializing. Relax in the spacious living room with a large sectional sofa and a smart TV, ideal for movie nights and downtime.
The game room is a hub of entertainment, featuring a pool table, ping pong table, and foosball. It s the perfect spot for friendly competitions and family fun. Step outside to the private screened-in pool area, complete with a spillover spa, comfortable outdoor furniture and TV. Whether you are lounging in the sun or enjoying a swim, this outdoor space offers relaxation and enjoyment for everyone.
On the first floor, there is a queen bedroom, it features a ceiling fan with light and a smart TV, providing a cozy retreat. There is also a king master suite that includes a ceiling fan, smart TV, and a master bathroom with double vanity and shower. This suite also offers convenient pool access.
Now, head to the second floor, you will encounter a space-themed loft area, great space for entertainment, featuring a sofa bed, smart TV, and a PS4 gaming console. You will also find spacious king master bedroom with a ceiling fan, smart TV, and a large en-suite bathroom featuring a double vanity, large tub, and shower. Next, there is a queen bedroom equipped with a ceiling fan and smart TV, this bedroom offers comfort and style. Next there is a twin/twin bedroom (ice-themed) perfect for kids, this ice-themed room includes two twin beds and a smart TV.
Additional amenities include complimentary high-speed wireless internet, ensuring you stay connected throughout your visit. The unit is smoke-free and pet-free, providing a clean and healthy environment for all guests. Towels and linens are provided, and the keyless entry system adds an extra layer of convenience to your stay.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
- The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
- Max of 5 cars per address
