The modern kitchen is a chef s delight, offering bar seating for six and two fridges to accommodate all your culinary needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a grand dining area with a table that seats 16, perfect for large gatherings and celebrations. A full bathroom off the dining room and pool area includes a tub/shower combo for added convenience.

Step outside to the expansive back patio, where you ll find a large pool with a spillover spa, an outdoor sun bed, outdoor living seating, five lounge chairs, and two in-pool loungers. Under the shaded area, there is a dining table for six with two extra chairs and a bar with six stools. A wall-controlled ceiling fan and a wall-mounted Smart TV enhance the outdoor experience. Please note that no smoking signs are needed as the area has a lingering smell.

The kids playroom, located past the kids bedroom, is a haven for fun and adventure. It features soft foam floors, a climbing wall and structure with tunnels, slides, a foam pit, swinging bridges, and caves. The room is equipped with various arcade games, including NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, and Ninja Turtles, as well as a tabletop arcade game for two. Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
• A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
• We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
• Max of 5 cars per address. Please park only on the driveway, cars will be towed if parked on the street at any time.
• There is additional parking at the clubhouse on a first come-first served basis, as well as on Shiva Loop (a gravel lot) next to the clubhouse.
