- 1 car garage, and space for one additional car in the driveway
(The driveway will be expanded later this summer to accommodate 2 cars)
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per city guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

- Gilchrist Park, Punta Gorda Downtown, less than half a mile
