Our 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool+hot tub vacation home is the best option for a quiet and lovely waterside stay. A mile and a half from the incredible shopping and dining found at historic Punta Gorda Downtown.

- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private attached Bathroom / Lanai Access / 50 Smart TV
- Bedroom 2: One King Bedroom + Two Trundle Twin Beds / 50 Smart TV
- Bedroom 3: One King Bedroom / No TV / Lanai Access
* Office with Full Size Murphy Bed / No TV *
Pool+Spa Heater Charges and Information:
Pool Size: 24 x 12 x 5.5 (Infinity) Spa: 6 x 6
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
The spa will not heat up if pool heat is not paid for.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
