Pool Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Pool is 28x15 D 5 1/2
No Pets Allowed in this house.
Security Camera Location Disclosure: Doorbell + Exterior Garage
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
