Our 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, private vacation townhome is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed / 43-inch TV
BEDROOMS (Second Floor)
Master Suite 1: One King Bed / Attached Bathroom / 55-inch TV
Master Suite 2/Bedroom 3: One King Bed / Attached Bathroom / 55-inch TV
Bedroom 4: Two Twin Beds / 43-inch TV (Disney Theme)
Bedroom 5: One Twin Bed over One Double Bunkbed / 40-inch TV (Star Wars Theme)
Pool Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Access to Windsor Island Resort:
* Guests are allowed a maximum of 2 keys for access to resort amenities at a cost of $53.50 per key, refundable upon return of the keys to the clubhouse.
The resort requires a debit or credit card on file for those keys.
* All guests have to be on the registration form, or they will not be allowed in the resort.
* ALL guests over the age of 18, must provide identification (license, passport, school id, etc).
Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows a maximum of 4 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.
FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - the entire $1,500 is non-refundable
