- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom (Private attached Bathroom) + Futon
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom + Single Trundle

- Additional Pullout Couch in Living Room
Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
*This is a dog-friendly home
*There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
Pool Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
