The resort has plenty to offer with a state-of-the-art clubhouse, large resort pool, tennis and volleyball courts, children s playground and a large recreational area. The resort will also home a large lazy river expected to be completed by mid-year.
Located on a corner lot this 7-bedroom, 5-bath home gives you tons of privacy. The home has open lots to the right and left of you, and it also backs up to the preserve area. Step into the doors of your home away from home and prepare for an unforgettable vacation. A large formal living and dining area with seating for 8 greets you. The home has two living areas a formal, and a family room, giving your group a great choice of places to relax and unwind. Each has a large TV, with plenty of plush seating. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite countertops allows for easy meals to be made for the family. There is also a breakfast bar for additional seating.
A set of glass doors will lead you out to your private screened-in pool area. The home does back up to the preserve for extra privacy for you and your guests. Take a dip in the sparkling blue waters, Ample outside seating is provided allowing you to layout and catch all the warm Florida rays. As a piece of mind, the villa also has a pool fence perfect for the little ones. PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE A POOL HEATER.

Terms And Conditions:
Payment Terms - Outside of 30 days from arrival, the initial deposit is 50%, the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Inside of 30 days of arrival full payment is required.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellation Penalty is 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to arrival. 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to arrival date.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
Tax is not included in nightly rates
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection is required
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
This property has exterior security cameras
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = 13+ Guests $45.
This property does NOT offer pool heat at this time
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
