Located just minutes from Orlando s theme parks, shopping, dining, and other area attractions, this luxury villa is located in Solterra Resort. resort is just a 5 minute (2.5-mile drive) from a Publix supermarket and other stores. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile drive) away.



Enjoy unlimited access to all the resort has plenty to offer with a state of the art clubhouse, resort pool, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis and volleyball courts, children s playground and recreational area. There is also a poolside cafe when you enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails! The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one-time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older

Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

Pool heat is available for an additional fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation. Please contact us to add pool heat to your reservation.

Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
