Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation.

- Bedroom 2: One King Bedroom / Lanai Access / 24 TV
- Bedroom 3: Two Twin Bedroom / 32 TV
- Bedroom 4: One Queen Bedroom / Private ensuite Bathroom
No Pets are allowed in this house.

Pool Heater Charges and Information:
The pool faces West
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Garage:
The garage is not available for parking- owner s car is parked there.
Up to four cars can fit in the driveway
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
