Our 3-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom private pool vacation home offers a fantastic property perfect for your relaxing South Florida Gulf Coast Vacation.
BEDROOMS (Single-story home)
- Bedroom 1: Master King Bedroom / Private Attached Bathroom / 52 TV
- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom / Lanai Access / 30 TV
- Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom
2 Electric Bikes available for guest use (must be age 16 or older)
Dock:
Feel free to use the dock for your own boat or for fishing.
The boat lift is accessible for guests.

The pool faces Southeast
Pool is 30x16 D 6
This pool is chlorinated
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Dog-Friendly Home (+$)
*This is a dog-friendly home
*There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
* Please note, cats are not allowed; the homeowner will not make exceptions.
Garage:
* Two car garage parking available.
Up to two cars can fit in the driveway
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.
No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines.
There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.

- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
