Welcome home! This magnificent vacation townhome located in Champions Gate is just a short ride from Disney World and other world-class theme parks and entertainment.
This 4-bedroom townhome is perfect for up to 10 guests with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and two rooms with a bunk bed and a full bed in each. The open layout with kitchen, dining and living area creates a perfect place where the entire family can get together. Plenty of seating facing a 70 TV is great for family movie night. The kitchen has a clean sleek look with, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for 4. The formal dining area can seat up to 6 guests.
Enjoy your private pool where you can soak up the sun and relax. The pool deck patio includes additional seating for 4, where you can enjoy a nice relaxing day overlooking the conservation view. More amenities are found at the Oasis clubhouse with a restaurant, resort pool, and more.

Terms And Conditions:
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm
- Check-out time is 10:00 am
- All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
- An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
- There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
- The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
- Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
- Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
- This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
- Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
- We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
- Max of 6 cars per address
- Cancellation policy: Free cancellations within 48 hours of making the reservation. After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to the following cancellation penalty fee percentages of the total rental cost, including all fees. 20% from the initial date of booking up to 30 days prior to the arrival date (the rental deposit is non-refundable, after 48 hours). 50% if less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. 100% if less than 15 days prior to the arrival date.
