The fully furnished kitchen, with upgraded cabinetry, countertops and stainless steel appliances, will have you whipping up meals in no time to enjoy right here or take with you on the go. There is plenty of seating at the expansive dining room table to enjoy meals together. The kitchen overlooks the living room, which is great for relaxation after a day out. Kick back and enjoy a good book or movie on the 85-inch Smart TV. There is also a second living room, with additional comfortable sofas, great for relaxing. This home has a full size washer and dryer along with free Wifi for you to use at your convenience.

Boasting a total of 8 bedrooms and sleeping 16 comfortably, this home is perfect for families and groups looking to come and experience all that Orlando has to offer. There are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms featuring king beds. An additional bedroom features a king bed, two rooms have a queen bed, two rooms have 2 twin beds, while the remaining bedroom has a twin over double bunk. There are 3 themed bedrooms, which are truly something special. You can choose between Frozen, Star Wars and Harry Potter themes fitted to perfection. Any room you choose to call home will be perfect for your stay.

This home is packed with entertainment too! First, head out to the large back patio which has a private pool and spa, all for you to use. From games, to laying in the sun on the comfortable lounges, it is truly a luxury to have your own pool. There is also plenty of seating for poolside dining. Next, head over to the game room and enjoy some competitive foosball, billiards and air hockey. The game room  comes with a 75'' Smart TV. 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom
2 round hotel-size bar soap per bathroom
1 hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom
1 roll paper towel
1 packet dishwasher detergent
2 trash bags size-13-gallon
1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
This is an industry-standard practice.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.  

Please note our special deposit and cancellation policy for our guests who stay 28 days and longer, we welcome you!
Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
