Please Note: There is an additional fee of $30 per day (plus tax) to heat the pool and spa. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Our pools are cleaned on a weekly basis. The resort only allows 3 cars, so please follow the parking rules to avoid fines. Guests are entitled to a certain number of wristbands for access to the clubhouse amenities, based on the number of bedrooms in the unit they are renting.

Resort Parking Rules

Please note at our resort, we kindly ask that you limit parking to just three (3) vehicles. To ensure everyone's safety, kindly park your third car parallel to the driveway and avoid blocking the sidewalk or parking on the street.

As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wrist bands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting.  The number of wristbands per unit is as follows:

• 2 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 6 wrist bands
• 3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wrist bands
• 4 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 10 wrist bands
• 5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wrist bands
• 6 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 14 wrist bands

No wristbands will be provided in excess of these amounts.

All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.

Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Please note: Additional supplies beyond the starter welcome packet are the responsibility of the guests to replenish. This is a standard industry practice. Salt/pepper and cleaning supplies are not provided for safety reasons.

For Extended Stays: For guests booking stays of 30 nights or longer, a $1,500 deposit is required. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If you cancel more than 91 days before arrival, a $250 refundable deposit will be returned. If you cancel between 89-61 days before arrival, the full $1,500 deposit is non-refundable. No cancellations or modifications are allowed within 60 days of arrival.
