Your living room has ample seating surrounding the large 70 smart LED TV. The open floor plan opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and black granite counter-tops. A large dining table has seating for 8, and the breakfast bar can comfortably seat 4. A king-size master suite is also located on the first floor complete with an en-suite bath, and private patio doors that lead out to the pool area. The laundry room is also located downstairs, so you won t have to worry about running out of clothes during your vacation. The garage has been converted into a game room for fun family entertainment with a pool table, PS4 gaming console, and air hockey.
The upstairs den is great for kicking back with the family and watching a movie in the cinema-themed room. A large plush section sofa allows for the whole family to gather and catch a flick on the 70 LED TV. On the second floor is where you will find the rest of the sleeping arrangements. The second master bedroom with en-suite; with a soaking tub, and walk-in shower, as well as another king-sized bedroom, is also located on the second floor. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed

There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
