Welcome to Oasis Splendor! This beautiful home is conveniently located at The Retreat at Champions Gate close to Orlando's known attractions and offers 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private pool, a theater room, and more! This home is just a short distance from the oasis club in Champions Gate, guests find themselves not wanting to leave the house much at all during vacation!

When you enter the home, you’re greeted with a nice open floor plan that includes modern painting and decor, with plenty of space for guests to relax and spread out. The large kitchen provides plenty of space to cook your favorite recipes and enjoy meals in the house. The large counter provides ample space to lay out the Buffet and also offers bar seating for five. The adjacent bar provides additional seating for three, and the formal dining table situated under modern elegant lighting and a shiplap backdrop offer seating for another eight guests. The living room has a large leather sectional and additional chairs which are perfect for sitting back and enjoying your favorite show or movie on the 65-inch wall-mounted smart TV with a sound bar. 

If you came here to enjoy the sun and Florida outdoors, this home will be heaven for you. Guests will find themselves soaking up the sun in the heated private pool with a spill-over spa for those looking to stay dry they can relax and lay out in any one of the six lounge chairs positioned perfectly to soak up the rays. Under the shade, guests will enjoy a large dining room table with seating for eight as well as an outdoor living area with large sectional sitting. 

Two of the six bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The front king bedroom features a 55-inch wall-mounted, smart TV, as well as a ceiling, fan, and chair for additional comfort. This bedroom has a shared common bathroom that has a double vanity and Glass Shower. The second downstairs bedroom is the back king master, which is an oversize bedroom with additional seating 55-inch wall-mounted, smart TV, and a ceiling fan. This bedroom is elegantly decorated With a nice black-and-white vibe. The master bathroom offers up both a large, soaking tub and shower, as well as a double vanity. The separate water closet also offers direct access to the patio and pool area.

Upstairs, guess we’ll find more entertainment as well as the remaining six bedrooms. At the top of the stairs, guests will find the queen bedroom with 60 inches wall-mounted, smart TV, and ceiling fan. This bedroom is perfect for teenage girls or someone just looking to get away from the rest of the family, the next bedroom is a king bedroom with a smart TV and ceiling fan and a moderately designed black accent wall. This bedroom shares a jack and Jill bathroom with the twin bedroom. The bathroom offers a double vanity, as well as a separate closet, offering a shower and toilet. The twin bedroom is decorated up and Coco Chanel and Paris is perfect for the girls and offers up two twin beds, as well as a smart TV and ceiling fan. In the opposite corner, guests will wind down for the night in the teal queen bedroom, which offers a 65-inch wall-mounted, smart TV and ceiling fan. The little ones are certain to escape to a galaxy far away when they find their own custom full over full bunk pets with slide in the kid's bedroom this bedroom also has a 55-inch wall-mounted smart TV sharing a jack and Jill bathroom with the kid's room is another king bedroom With dark blue accent wall, smart TV and ceiling fan. The Jack and Jill bathroom offers up a double vanity and shower. 

Guess we’ll have a variety of options in the house to enjoy media with a loft living area providing a second living room option with a 70-inch wall-mounted, smart TV and sectional sofa. Guess will also be able to enjoy the PlayStation 4 with two controllers. Most families will find themselves gravitating towards the private in-home theater at this home offers. This theater offers up a 120-inch projector as well as two-tiered theater seating guests we able to sit back and recline and a mix of the loveseat and single seating configurations as well as a row of children’s seats.

Terms And Conditions:

• Check-in time is 4:00 pm
• Check-out time is 10:00 am
• All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
• An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
• There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
• The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
• Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
• Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.   
• This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
• Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
