Welcome to the Palms Villa!Located in Regal Palms Resort in Davenport, Florida. This nicely appointed townhome has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The Palms Villa has an open floor plan for the common living spaces for a very spacious feel. The living room offers comfortable sofa seating with a large flat panel TV overlooking the patio area. The dining table has seating for 6 and the kitchen is very well equipped for those quick breakfasts before heading out to enjoy the Florida sun.
You will find a bedroom downstairs featuring a queen size bed. Upstairs there is a master suite with a king bed with an ensuite bath that has a shower tub combo. The second bedroom upstairs has a full and twin bed with an ensuite bath. All bedrooms have TV with cable connected.
Regal Palms has 24 hour guard security gates and plenty of on-site facilities including zero entry pool, lazy river, water slide, poolside tiki bar, beach volleyball court, children's play area and a clubhouse with fitness center, full service day spa, restaurant, bar, shop and children's play room and gaming arcade. There are restaurants and bars within walking distance and the Disney attractions are only 15 minutes away.
A daily resort fee in the amount of $20 per day plus tax applies to all reservations. The resort fee is paid locally at Regal Palms front desk check-in and not included in your reservation total.
