Family bathroom has bath/shower, WC, and sink. Lounge area has 3 seater, 2 seater, armchair, patio doors to pool area, 30 TV, DVD player, and stereo. Dining area has dining table which seats 6 and patio doors. There is driveway parking for two vehicles. The pool and spa are fully screened in order to keep out bugs and there sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine, a pool safety fence to keep the children safe and a shaded lanai area with patio table.
The villa is located within the gated, upscale community of Tuscan Hills which has a clubhouse with fitness centre, tennis courts and children s play area.
Please note that pool Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has gas pool heat which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
