Welcome To the Beach Palm Villa! - Completely Refurbished and Renovated in January 2022

You will know you are on a magical vacation the moment you step into this happy 4 Bed/ 3 Bath 2 story Villa equipped to sleep 8. It's located in Paradise Palms, one of the area's most premier and sought out vacation resorts. Every room was professionally designed to make your stay as fun and enjoyable as possible.

The entire main level is designed with an Island Resort theme with your favorite island princess herself greeting you as you step in. The downstairs queen bedroom and bathroom is designed in a Polynesian/ Coastal theme. The upstairs master king bedroom has a tasteful 'Wonderland" theme with an attached full 5 piece en suite bathroom. Another upstairs bedroom is the most famous toy room ever themed room where all the toys seem to come alive. The other upstairs bedroom is the notorious lost clown fish where you will be sleeping underwater with your fish friends. All the bedrooms have large 4K UHD Smart TV's with cable. You can't help but feel happy and relaxed in these rooms! The custom LED lighting makes these rooms come alive! 

The main living area is spacious and comfortably apportioned with a reclining leather sofa and loveseat. A very large 65" 4K UHD Smart TV with cable and an XBox 360, controllers and numerous DVD movies will be the center part of many relaxing evenings spent after long days at the resort or the parks.

The kitchen is well supplied with the tools and appliances you may need to prepare meals for a hungry family after a busy day. Table seating for 8 and breakfast bar seating for 5. There is a Publix and an ALDI less than 2 miles away. Of course, if you wish, Paradise Palms has a Tiki bar at the clubhouse, or you are just a short drive away from almost any dining establishment you may be hungry for. The dining options in the area are amazing!

The screened pool has beautiful lake views with no neighbors behind you except Sandhill Cranes, Ducks, Terns, Pelicans, Egrets and other interesting Florida wildlife. Or maybe you just want to take in some Florida sun or read a good book on the loungers or the pool chairs. The covered Lanai area by the pool has a TV, ceiling fan and table seating for 4 so you can watch the kids (both big and small) frolicking in the pool in shaded comfort.

And then there's the clubhouse facilities with that fabulous 5000 sq/ft pool and all the amazing amenities! Water Slide, Jacuzzi's, Kid's Splash Area, Cabanas, Gym, Game Room, Sauna, Tennis and Basketball courts, Movie Theatre etc. Actually too much to list. Check out the resort description for yourself, you will love it! You will have unlimited access to all of it. It would be a relaxing, full and wonderful day in itself taking a break from the parks and just using the many included amenities at the resort. It's only a short walk to the clubhouse from the Villa. There is also a really cool and interesting nature walk highlighting native Florida wetlands on the property. Did I already say really cool? For your safety, Paradise Palms is a 24 hour manned gated community. It's also one of the closest resorts to Disney World, only 5.5 miles away. On a low traffic day you can get there in around 10-12 minutes, but most days it realistically takes around 20 minutes. Did I say convenient?

The resort has a large 5000sq/ft lagoon style communal pool with a water slide, a rocky outcrop with a waterfall, 2 Jacuzzi's, children's splash pad, poolside Tiki Bar (with excellent food!), plenty of pool loungers, children's play area, basketball/tennis courts, beach volleyball court and gaming area with shuffleboard and horseshoes. The clubhouse has a state of the art fitness center with sauna, 50 seat movie theatre with daily showtimes, a large gaming arcade, coffee shop, and gift/necessities shop. Free WIFI is provided and there is a reserved parking space for the villa. Extra guest parking is provided.

Please note that pool heat is not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
