A stunning double staircase welcomes you to this incredible one-of-a-kind home. With a large open-plan living room, poolside fire pit area, summer kitchen, and covered lanai, there are plenty of spaces to relax and socialize. Experience elegance with a large private pool with spillover spa, sun shelf, and oversized patio. The home also features two additional gathering areas upstairs, a home theater and game room, and two themed bedrooms. The large balcony overlooking the golf course features 6 TVs to enjoy sports games, a pool table, ceiling fans, and plenty of seating.

Corporate Retreats
This one-of-a-kind home is the perfect setting for company gatherings such as corporate retreats, feel at home wherever your work takes you! Utilize the secondary catering kitchen and enjoy meals & snacks in the dining/conference room, covered lanai, or summer kitchen. The dining/conference room has a large table with seating for 32, the ideal setting for meetings. The theater room with a projector screen can be utilized to conduct a presentation or training session.

Feel comfortable in spaces that include essentials such as WiFi. Reduce your business trip costs by cooking in your own kitchen and parking in your own spot. The rear pool deck is over 120 ft wide, it features a huge 35 x 16 ft pool, of which the depth ranges from 3ft to 5ft. On either side of the pool, there is a large10.5 x 6.5 ft spillover spa and 10 x 8 ft kids splash area that is 6 inches deep to enjoy.

Rental Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays 
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
