New flooring throughout this beautiful home, along with new counters and hard-wood cabinets. The large bay window allows natural light to illuminate the kitchen overlooking the living room area. Right through the living room sliders you enter the Florida room perfect for relaxing and entertaining family. The master bedroom includes an oversized closet and attached bath with a walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms down the hall with a full guest bath with tub. One guest bedroom has a queen bed, the second guest bedroom includes one twin bed.
The Village of Holiday Lake now has 20+ boat slips and a boat ramp with access to Charlotte Harbor. There is always something happening in the community, between the 2 beautiful swimming pools, large recreation hall and tennis & shuffleboards. Golf Carts are welcome!

This community is very active with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. Rotunda has multiple golf courses and a large park with tennis courts and a playground.

Rotunda Community Park and Preserve - 3 miles

Publix is 8 minutes away, Walmart is about 14 minutes away.
Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes. 
Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. 

This is a self-catering house stay!
We will provide a welcome pack including the following:
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
2 packets of dishwasher detergent
2 packets of laundry soap
"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom
1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

Our longer-stay deposit and cancellation policy is different and an exception to what is noted for a shorter stay:
- When you reserve, we will collect a $1,500.00 deposit.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- If canceled 91 days or more prior to arrival - $250 is refundable.
- If canceled 89 - 61 days prior to arrival - entire $1,500 is non-refundable
