Located in Kissimmee, Florida, this lovely townhome is in the gated community of Compass Bay. It has 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Downstairs you will find the common areas to include 2 seating areas, dining room and kitchen. As you enter the home you will see the family room with a sofa and 2 accents chairs with indoor shutters that can be opened and closed for privacy as needed. The kitchen, living room and dining room are an open floor plan providing plenty of ambient lighting. The kitchen is well stocked so you are able to cook meals in house instead of spending restaurant prices for every meal. The dining table has seating for 6 and the living room has cozy seating with a sofa that has a chaise lounge. There is a flat panel TV with cable hung on the wall. There is a half bath for downstairs use.
The 3 bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bath with a shower/tub combo and single sink vanity. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds with twin size bed on the top and full size on the bottom. Bedroom 3 is lightly themed with everyone's favorite mouse.
