Description
There are two master bedrooms; the first has a king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, double closet and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. The second has a king size bed, wall mounted flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom with twin basins, oval tub, separate shower, WC and walk in closet. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed, double closet and flat screen TV in an armoire. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed, double closet and flat screen TV in an armoire. Bedroom 5 has twin beds, double closet and wall mounted flat screen TV. Family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC. The family living area has 2 large black leather sofas, 2 armchairs, large ottoman, an entertainment unit with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, corner bistro style table with two stools and patio doors to the pool area. The dining area seats 6 and there is also a further breakfast table seating 6 in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit and large American style fridge/freezer, there is also bar seating for three people. Utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The garage has been converted to a games room with pool table and wall mounted large flat screen TV. There is a small storage area with high chair and pack n play. Free WIFI and international calling.
Outside there is a fully screened in swimming pool and spa with large brick paved patio. There are four sun loungers, solar pool cover, table seating 4, 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs and the view to the rear is of a pond.
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles and the major attractions are within a 10 minute drive. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on the US 192 which is literally at the top of the road.
Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has gas pool heat which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
