Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom private pool vacation home is the best option for a quiet and lovely waterside stay. Half a mile from the incredible shopping and dining found at historic Punta Gorda Downtown.
Seawall and dock collapse- Brand New Roof and Pool Cage
The side backyard is now fenced in for dogs to enjoy the backyard.
The house and pool are in good shape, with no damages.
The seawall has collapsed as well as the dock. Waiting on the city to complete this area. Please avoid that part of the backyard.
Seawall is scheduled to be replaced in mid-October 2023. The Seawall repair hould be completely redone in time for 2024 season! *Dock pending seawall fix.

- Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom

Pool Heater Charges and Information:
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.

Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure or an additional $56 fee will be charged.
