The Aviana Place is a vacation home designed by a family, for families! It is nestled in a quiet community, surrounded by protected wetlands; you will find the perfect place to relax and enjoy your vacation! The Aviana Place consists of six bedrooms and six bathrooms, ensuring comfort for both small groups and large groups. Kids will enjoy picking their themed room, while parents will find hotel like comforts in their rooms.The outdoor area was designed for optimum fun and relaxation, and the kitchen is equipped to calm the heart of any cook! The Aviana Place also comes with a game room and toys to keep kids (and kids at heart) entertained during your stay!
With less than half an hour drive to all major theme parks (Magic Kingdom, Universal, Sea World…), and only two minutes to the nearest grocery store (Publix), your stay will be as stress free as possible.
