Sunny Delight is a beautifully appointed and furnished 2 story villa located on the upscale Tuscan Hills community.
Downstairs
Living room:
-Pool table
-Foosball table
-Seating area with 3 seater sofa
-Loveseat and armchair
-TV
-Further family seating area with 3 seater sofa, loveseat and armchair, TV, DVD player and patio doors to the pool area
-There is a full family bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC
-Garage has been converted to a games room with ping pong table.
Dining Room:
-Dining area seating 6
Master bedroom 1:
-Master bedroom with king bed
-Patio doors to the pool area
-TV
-Walk in closet
-En-suite bathroom with garden tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC.
Kitchen:
-Fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob
-Microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, pantry and large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser
-Breakfast nook seating 4.
-Utility room with washer and dryer
Upstairs:
-Master bedroom with queen bed, double closet, and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and WC.
-Bedrooms 3 has 1 Full bed 1 Twin bed, Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds.
-Family bathroom with bath/shower, WC and twin basins.
Outside:
-Fully screened in pool and spa with spacious patio area
-table seating for 4
-2 sun loungers
-The rear of the property has dense hedges surrounding the pool screen giving almost complete privacy.
Grocery stores/restaurants are 5 minutes away and major theme parks attractions are 15 minutes away.
Please note that pool Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has a gas pool heater which requires a minimum of 3 consecutive days.
Please adhere to parking rules and notices in the community. Only 2 compact vehicles per home on driveway. No Street Parking, your vehicle will be towed at your own expense:
- Access for owners, guests authorized service personnel only
- No parking for motorhomes, buses, trailers, boats, trucks or commercial vehicles.
- No parking or blocking driveways or mailboxes
- No parking on grass or sidewalks
- Parking rules strictly enforced
- Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at your expense
- No trespassing, loitering or soliciting
